We want to put your mind at ease! If Element goes on sale for a lower price during Black Friday, simply make a claim and we will refund the difference. Having the most advanced fire protection is too important to put off! Place your order today with confidence with our Black Friday Price Guarantee.
How Does The Black Friday Price Guarantee Work?
If you place an order between October 25th and November 23rd at the full price and then we advertise a lower price, simply submit a claim and we will refund the difference. The claim form will be made available on November 24th and you have until December 14th 2023 to submit your claim.
Your Black Friday Price Guarantee Claim must include:
- Order ID that contains the product you purchased at full price
- Screenshot of our site showing the lower advertised price
- Single product specials only
- If the product in question is part of a bundle, you may be able to purchase the other components of the bundle to qualify for the bundle price while quantities last
- Terms: Only valid on purchases made between October 25th and November 23rd. If you use a coupon or other promotion, with the exception of the Free Additional clip for joining our Newsletter, you will receive the difference on qualifying purchases
