- Throughout the year we will randomly select winning customer(s) from our e-mail list. If that customer made an order from either elementfire.com or elementfirecanada.com in the last year (365 days) we will refund the full amount of their order including shipping charges. If the customer has multiple orders then it will be the latest order that is selected for the refund. Customers who win will be contacted privately via e-mail and their refund will be processed to their method of payment for their winning order. Winning orders must have been placed at elementfire.com or elementfirecanada.com in order to qualify.
